Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Development & Operations Support.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage the CRM system for tracking leads and pipeline activity
Evaluate new partnership opportunities through financial and operational modeling
Coordinate outreach and manage documentation related to the deal process

Required Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in business development operations or related fields
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or HubSpot
High level of ownership and operational rigor
Experience in healthcare services or fast-paced growth environments is a plus
