Business Development Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Program Impact Division, the full-time Business Development Operations Manager will manage partnerships, drive revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction by identifying new business opportunities and aligning client needs with diverse service offerings in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management systems and dashboards for business development pipelines and revenue projections
• Manage comprehensive business development pipeline operations, including inquiry tracking, lead qualification, and proposal coordination
• Coordinate integrated marketing and business development activities while overseeing data collection and reporting processes to ensure alignment with funder requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, client success, or account management, preferably in mission-driven organizations
• Strong understanding of contract negotiation, proposal development, and service pricing
• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) required or willingness to learn
• Knowledge of Deaf culture and accessibility best practices is strongly preferred
