Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy strategic outreach initiatives through email, calls, and social media targeting priority segments and personas
  • Create and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads, aligning prospects' needs with the company's digital care platform
  • Track and analyze outreach performance to optimize strategies and share best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for lead management and reporting
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Persistence and consistency in following up with leads and addressing client concerns
  • Experience with effective sales handoffs and workflows within Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Research skills to analyze market insights and inform outreach messaging
