Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and qualify opportunities within a defined account base
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through research-led outreach, phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to drive early pipeline and establish account penetration plans
Required Qualifications
  • Experience prospecting into SMB or mid-market accounts, preferably in cybersecurity or complex technical solutions
  • Proven ability to execute high-quality outbound campaigns based on targeted outreach
  • Track record of converting cold leads into booked meetings and closed deals
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
  • Comfortable engaging both technical and business decision-makers within the same account
