Job Summary
Calling on qualified powersports dealerships, the remote Business Development Representative will make outbound calls, achieve enrollment and engagement goals, and manage a database of clients to position Octane’s lending solutions effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Make multiple outbound calls to powersports dealerships, including cold calling
- Achieve monthly production, enrollment, and engagement goals
- Create and maintain a database and/or CRM of current and prospective clients
Required qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience with inside sales or a high call volume environment
- High School degree or equivalent
- Energetic, friendly, and goal-driven with the ability to handle rejection
- Familiarity with G-Suite and Microsoft Office
