Job Summary
To support scalable growth, the fully remote Business Development Representative will conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospective investors and qualified professionals, assess their interest, and schedule follow-up appointments with senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to accredited investors, physicians, and other qualified prospects
- Initiate introductory conversations to present investment opportunities and assess prospect alignment
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and track outreach activity within CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in telesales or appointment-setting roles
- Proven experience with cold calling high-net-worth individuals, physicians, or executives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to engage with high-level professionals
- Comfortable with performance metrics and high-volume outbound calling
