Job Summary

To support scalable growth, the fully remote Business Development Representative will conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospective investors and qualified professionals, assess their interest, and schedule follow-up appointments with senior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to accredited investors, physicians, and other qualified prospects
  • Initiate introductory conversations to present investment opportunities and assess prospect alignment
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and track outreach activity within CRM systems
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in telesales or appointment-setting roles
  • Proven experience with cold calling high-net-worth individuals, physicians, or executives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to engage with high-level professionals
  • Comfortable with performance metrics and high-volume outbound calling
