Job Summary
To support a fast-growing company, the remote Business Development Representative will identify and qualify potential leads, generate new business opportunities, and assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and email campaigns
- Conduct outbound calls to educate prospects about services and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of sales or lead generation experience
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in sales tools
- Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry or HR outsourcing is a plus
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to opportunities
