Job Summary
Driven by a passion for sales, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will generate qualified leads through targeted outreach, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to engage decision-makers in the multifamily sector.
Key responsibilities
- Execute account-based outbound campaigns targeting enterprise clients
- Research and map key buyers within fee management companies to personalize outreach
- Qualify opportunities through discovery conversations and manage accounts using Salesforce and other tools
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in sales development or outbound prospecting
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience in B2B SaaS or PropTech preferred
- Strong research and account mapping abilities
- Knowledge of the multifamily housing industry is a plus
