Job Summary
Focused on enterprise prospecting and net-new pipeline creation, the full-time Business Development Representative will engage C-level executives and senior decision-makers through a multi-channel approach, leveraging AI-enabled tools to generate demand and build strong pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting efforts into large enterprise organizations through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
- Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to identify key stakeholders and business pains
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine targeting strategies and messaging
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or SaaS sales role with a strong outbound focus
- Proficient with Salesforce and video conferencing tools like Zoom
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-booking KPIs
- Experience using sales tools such as Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn about Sales Performance Management
