Job Summary
Focusing on creating qualified sales leads, the remote Business Development Representative will drive lead generation and client conversion in the healthcare industry, managing self-sourced and marketing-qualified prospects while collaborating with the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Execute outbound calls and emails to generate leads and handle inbound inquiries, identifying high-potential prospects
- Cultivate new business opportunities across an assigned U.S. territory using consultative and value-based sales techniques
- Foster strong client relationships and maintain accurate CRM records while collaborating with marketing on campaigns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of recent successful sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience using CRM to manage territory
- Proficiency in presenting to groups using PowerPoint and other technologies
- Ability to work remotely in the CST timezone
