Job Summary
Seeking self-motivated individuals, the full-time Business Development Representative will qualify leads and pass them to the appropriate sales channel to close new consignors in a fully remote, competitive sales environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients interested in consigning
- Qualify marketing-generated leads through outreach and field inbound inquiries
- Nurture leads with ongoing follow-up via phone, text, and email
Required qualifications
- High degree of professionalism and excellent phone demeanor
- Strong customer service and analytical skills
- Self-motivation and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with software such as G-Suite, Email, and CRM systems
- Ability to commit to full-time hours, including one weekend day
