Job Summary
Focusing on outbound lead generation across North America, the remote Business Development Representative will identify prospects, initiate outreach, and qualify opportunities for the sales pipeline in a contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify target accounts and conduct research to support effective outreach
- Execute targeted, personalized outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Generate and qualify leads, and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
Required Qualifications
- Technical background (degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and/or relevant experience in the IT domain)
- Experience in outbound sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles
- Self-disciplined with a consistent work ethic
- Positive and resilient mindset, especially in high-volume outreach environments
- Familiarity with mobile development ecosystems or CI/CD concepts (preferred)
