Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team through inbound lead qualification and cold outreach
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their business needs and present how the company's solution can help
  • Consistently refine sales outreach strategies to optimize results

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an SDR or BDR role with a technology/SaaS provider
  • Previous cold-calling experience, ideally with executive profiles in mid-market to large enterprise organizations
  • Basic competency in sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io
  • Four-year degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new solutions
