Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to engage healthcare organizations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and set meetings with healthcare organizations through cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Communicate the value of the company's solutions to potential clients
  • Utilize tools to identify, qualify, and track leads while executing outbound prospecting efforts

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or telemarketing (healthcare industry experience is a plus)
  • Comfortable making 150+ cold calls per week and managing a high volume of outreach
  • Experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo preferred
  • Results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
