Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting efforts via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline
- Book and qualify meetings with OEM and Contract Manufacturer prospects across engineering and supply chain teams
- Collaborate with Sales and Founders to iterate on messaging and improve outreach efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in an early-stage company
- Proven track record with cold outreach in a B2B SaaS or Manufacturing Tech setting
- History of working independently while exceeding activity and pipeline generation goals
- Desire to grow into a closing role and contribute to building a transformative product
- Comfortable in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment
