Business Development Representative

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold outreach to new prospects and manage inbound inquiries
• Identify customer challenges and generate leads for Account Executives
• Track sales activities in CRM and achieve monthly quotas and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in business development or lead generation
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Self-starter with a proven track record of success
