Business Development Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Coordinator/Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the facility, community, and referring agencies to promote specialized treatment programs
• Implement the facility's strategic sales plan and enhance the brand/image within the community
• Maintain relationships with outside agencies, private practitioners, insurers, and family members

Required Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of psychiatric treatment programs and services
• Ability to manage assigned territory and accounts effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster community relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tact and resourcefulness
