Identify and develop new business prospects from various sources
Assist in market strategy and planning while mentoring new representatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in sales or business development
Knowledge of health care products and programs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with community-based organizations and senior housing
Strong organizational and time management skills
