Business Development Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to support its Insurance Solutions growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships to achieve lead generation goals
• Generate leads through outbound prospect customer outreach
• Conduct target account research and monitor relevant changes

Required Qualifications

• Ideally a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Ideally experience in a sales or marketing position
• Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent
• Experience with CRM & Marketing tools (e.g., SalesForce, Hubspot)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
