Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to engage new municipal and regional partners in the solid waste and recycling industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and map municipal waste authorities and identify decisionmakers
- Conduct outreach through calls and emails to engage prospective clients
- Qualify leads by assessing infrastructure assets and recycling goals
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in business development or infrastructure-related sales
- Proven success in cold calling and lead generation
- Experience using CRM tools for tracking and pipeline management
- Self-motivated with strong organizational discipline
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
