Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to engage new municipal and regional partners in the solid waste and recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and map municipal waste authorities and identify decisionmakers
  • Conduct outreach through calls and emails to engage prospective clients
  • Qualify leads by assessing infrastructure assets and recycling goals
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development or infrastructure-related sales
  • Proven success in cold calling and lead generation
  • Experience using CRM tools for tracking and pipeline management
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational discipline
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
