Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own outbound prospecting efforts targeting new clients through various outreach methods
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop prospecting strategies and ensure smooth lead handoff
  • Manage automated cadences and ensure accurate reporting in Salesforce to meet monthly pipeline quotas
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or SDR roles, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Experience in cold prospecting and pipeline development without relying on pre-qualified lists
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Salesforce or Salesloft
  • Creative and analytical thinker capable of optimizing performance based on metrics
  • Industry knowledge in the food and beverage sector is preferred but not required
