Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth through proactive outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach
  • Dedicate 80% of the day to outbound prospecting to set meetings and generate advanced stage opportunities
  • Utilize tools to log and manage leads while collaborating with the data research team for demand generation


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as sales, marketing, or business
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency and a growth mindset
  • Tech-savvy, preferably with knowledge of contact centers or customer service
  • Experience using Salesforce and other sales-related tools is helpful
  • Self-starter with a passion for sales and collaboration in fast-paced environments
