Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research contacts across TPA prospects and maintain CRM data
  • Conduct personalized outreach and generate qualified meetings for the Account Executive
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings, ensuring effective handoff to the Account Executive
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or outbound lead generation role
  • Proven track record of generating qualified B2B meetings
  • Strong research skills and experience in contact identification
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Ability to engage with executive-level contacts
