Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and generate new business opportunities through various outreach methods
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and conduct discovery calls
  • Negotiate contracts and execute strategic closing plans to convert prospects into clients
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a successful track record in new business development
  • Experience in full-cycle sales from prospecting to contract signing
  • Ability to navigate and sell to multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Background in wellness, benefits, HR technology, or related industries is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
