Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to generate new qualified prospect meetings for their sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting through various channels including email, cold calls, and LinkedIn
- Create and maintain a consistent pipeline of outreach and manage all activity in HubSpot
- Qualify prospects and book meetings that meet quality standards, aiming for at least 10 qualified meetings per month
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a BDR or SDR, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of generating pipeline through outbound channels
- Full proficiency with HubSpot and modern outbound tools
- Experience selling to the banking or credit union industry is a plus
- Curiosity and drive to experiment with AI and new prospecting methods
