Business Development Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative I to engage with powersports dealerships and promote financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make multiple outbound calls to powersports dealerships, including cold calling
• Achieve monthly production, enrollment, and engagement goals
• Create and maintain a database and/or CRM of current and prospective clients

Required Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience with inside sales or in a high call volume environment
• Familiarity with G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle rejection and work towards goals
• Understanding of time management and task prioritization
