Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various channels to identify and qualify potential leads for products and services
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce the company and schedule appointments
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with leads and collaborate with Account Executives for appointment setting
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated interest and aptitude for sales
- Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and relevant software applications
