Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify target healthcare practices through outbound activities
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns before routing to the sales team
  • Engage prospects in conversations to understand their needs and position solutions accordingly
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or business development role
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Experience in healthcare IT, SaaS, or technology sales strongly preferred
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline generation goals
