Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target healthcare practices through outbound activities
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns before routing to the sales team
- Engage prospects in conversations to understand their needs and position solutions accordingly
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or business development role
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Experience in healthcare IT, SaaS, or technology sales strongly preferred
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline generation goals
