Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate targeted outreach to high-value companies to generate interest
  • Create compelling messaging based on a comprehensive understanding of the company's features and benefits
  • Meet and exceed weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets while collecting data for improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) experience is an asset but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, Salesforce, or project management is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
