Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate targeted outreach to high-value companies to generate interest
- Create compelling messaging based on a comprehensive understanding of the company's features and benefits
- Meet and exceed weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets while collecting data for improvements
Required Qualifications
- Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) experience is an asset but not required
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record
- Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada
- Experience in tech, SaaS, Salesforce, or project management is a plus
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
