Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative, Distributor/Supplier.
Key Responsibilities
- Build outbound pipeline through high-volume outreach and call aged leads
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets while maintaining CRM accuracy
- Collaborate with AEs and Marketing to ensure smooth lead handoffs and effective strategies
Required Qualifications
- 0-3+ years in SDR/BDR roles, with a focus on skill and drive
- High urgency and strong phone presence
- Ability to follow processes while achieving high-volume metrics
- Coachability and mental toughness
- Interest in the foodservice industry is a plus
