Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative, Distributor/Supplier.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build outbound pipeline through high-volume outreach and call aged leads
  • Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets while maintaining CRM accuracy
  • Collaborate with AEs and Marketing to ensure smooth lead handoffs and effective strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 0-3+ years in SDR/BDR roles, with a focus on skill and drive
  • High urgency and strong phone presence
  • Ability to follow processes while achieving high-volume metrics
  • Coachability and mental toughness
  • Interest in the foodservice industry is a plus
