Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities and expand its customer base across the NOAM region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct prospecting and lead generation to identify and qualify potential target accounts
  • Execute hyper-personalized outreach and run targeted outbound campaigns
  • Collaborate with teams to support go-to-market initiatives and gather market insights
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the SaaS or ERP industry
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales KPIs in B2B environments
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite or ERP software preferred
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment while maintaining accountability to team goals
