Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to build an outbound and qualification engine for their sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline by researching and identifying high-quality outbound prospects
- Educate prospects on the company's value through discovery conversations and demonstrations
- Experiment and optimize prospecting motions by designing and testing outreach strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, revenue operations, or AI/automation roles
- Experience in SaaS or product-led companies is strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, experimental environments
- Technically curious with a strong interest in learning about products and automation
- Experience using AI tools in work processes is preferred
