Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to build an outbound and qualification engine for their sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified pipeline by researching and identifying high-quality outbound prospects
  • Educate prospects on the company's value through discovery conversations and demonstrations
  • Experiment and optimize prospecting motions by designing and testing outreach strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, revenue operations, or AI/automation roles
  • Experience in SaaS or product-led companies is strongly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, experimental environments
  • Technically curious with a strong interest in learning about products and automation
  • Experience using AI tools in work processes is preferred
