Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong pipeline through high-volume outbound efforts using calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Research and identify key personas at target accounts and engage effectively
- Collaborate with Sales to prioritize outreach and refine messaging for pipeline generation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of BDR experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong phone skills with the ability to convert cold calls into opportunities
- Experience using HubSpot for CRM workflows and prospect tracking
- Familiarity with dialer tools like Nooks or Orum to enhance calling efficiency
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new tools and processes
