Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative I to drive growth by engaging small business leaders and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive outbound prospecting across multiple channels (phone, email, social media, event outreach)
  • Book and hand off 5+ qualified meetings per week to full-cycle sales representatives
  • Track activities and outcomes using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot
Required Qualifications
  • Proven success in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting roles
  • High comfort level with cold calling and navigating sales objections
  • Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding activity targets
