Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business/Sales Development Representative for a contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, and other channels
- Respond to inbound leads and qualify prospects using a provided framework
- Book meetings with qualified prospects and maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a customer-facing role (B2B preferred)
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting booking
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- High proficiency with cold calling and live objection handling
- Ability to consistently apply a structured qualification framework
