Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business/Sales Development Representative for a contract role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, and other channels
  • Respond to inbound leads and qualify prospects using a provided framework
  • Book meetings with qualified prospects and maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a customer-facing role (B2B preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting booking
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • High proficiency with cold calling and live objection handling
  • Ability to consistently apply a structured qualification framework
