Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative focused on the hotel segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 100% outbound prospecting to book qualified meetings for the sales team
- Generate interest through cold calling and outreach methods to engage new hotel accounts
- Schedule and confirm discovery calls, managing the process until the meeting occurs
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an outbound sales role within the Software/SaaS or related tech industry
- Ability to connect with key decision-makers such as hotel owners and General Managers
- Well-organized and self-motivated to meet daily activity goals
- Adaptability to build strong internal and external relationships
- High customer empathy and effective objection-handling skills
