Business Development Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (WA/OR/AZ/CO).

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities in school districts and relevant organizations
• Apply sales development best practices through email, phone, and social outreach to connect with prospects
• Engage with prospects to articulate the company's value proposition and record outreach using CSM tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in business development or 4-5 years in the classroom
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management
• High level of comfort making cold calls
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
