Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and create new leads to increase the sales pipeline in collaboration with an Account Executive
- Route qualified opportunities to the sales team by setting appointments and maintaining meaningful outreach
- Manage objections and rejections while exceeding monthly quotas for qualified appointments
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an outbound B2B sales role
- Recommended experience in technology sales, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other sales enablement tools
- Experience in an account-based sales development environment
- Consistent self-motivation for personal development and skill improvement
