Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research target accounts and engage with key decision-makers to generate new business opportunities
  • Initiate contact with prospects through various channels to introduce the company's solutions
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Lead Generation (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and activity goals
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with compliance, learning, or HR technology solutions is a plus
