Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities from initial outreach through contract signature
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify prospect needs and position solutions effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience in full-cycle sales from cold prospecting to contract signature
  • Background in wellness, benefits, HR technology, or related industries is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
