Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and generate new business opportunities through various outreach methods
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities from initial outreach through contract signature
- Conduct discovery calls to identify prospect needs and position solutions effectively
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience in full-cycle sales from cold prospecting to contract signature
- Background in wellness, benefits, HR technology, or related industries is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
