Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative - Clinical Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to engage decision-makers at MD, PA, DO, and NP program schools
  • Perform initial discovery calls to understand clinical training barriers and qualify opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and collaborate with senior sales leadership on account strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales development or account executive roles focused on pipeline generation
  • Proven track record of exceeding activity metrics and developing qualified opportunities
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
  • Exceptional phone presence and ability to engage executive-level decision-makers
  • Resourceful self-starter capable of operating independently in complex environments
