Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Research brands, identify prospects, and build targeted lead lists
- Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls and execute multi-touch outbound sequences
- Track all activity in CRM and consistently hit outreach and meeting targets
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of BDR/SDR or outbound lead generation experience
- Strong phone-first mentality, comfortable making 50+ calls per day
- Experience with digital outbound sequences (LinkedIn, email automation)
