Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive sales growth and engage with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage prospects
- Assess the needs of prospects to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Tenacity to persevere through challenging situations and achieve goals
- Empathy to connect with potential customers about their needs
- Curiosity to learn about customers' businesses and pain points
- No prior sales experience needed; 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience is a plus
