Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to set appointments for Account Executives
- Research prospects within the ideal customer profile and source contact information
- Maintain accurate notes and lead data in Salesforce while taking on special projects to enhance appointment setting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Comfortable making 60-80+ cold calls per day
- Ability to balance multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset
- Experience in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
