Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative responsible for handling leads and prospecting into new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads
  • Schedule meetings for sales representatives and log all sales-related activity in Salesforce
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound and inbound campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in a business-related program
  • 2+ years of sales experience with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
  • Experience in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
  • Technical aptitude for CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
  • Demonstrated competence in handling objections and superior interpersonal skills
