Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative responsible for handling leads and prospecting into new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads
- Schedule meetings for sales representatives and log all sales-related activity in Salesforce
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound and inbound campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a business-related program
- 2+ years of sales experience with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
- Experience in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
- Technical aptitude for CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
- Demonstrated competence in handling objections and superior interpersonal skills
