Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (Outbound).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive net-new pipeline creation through proactive outbound prospecting
- Identify and engage target personas using firmographic data and sales intelligence
- Conduct discovery conversations and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Required Qualifications
- Strong desire to pursue a career in technology sales
- Must be self-motivated and possess a winning attitude
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a plus but not required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
