Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (Outbound New Business).

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage new prospects through multi-channel outreach, including phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and set high-quality meetings that convert into pipeline
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure effective handoffs and maintain accurate records in HubSpot
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an outbound-focused sales role within B2B SaaS, tech, or services
  • Proven ability to generate new pipeline through cold outreach
  • Strong phone presence and experience leading discovery conversations
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
