Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make a minimum of 50 dials per day and achieve monthly appointment targets
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails, and present the company to them
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and report sales results to the Business Development Manager
Required Qualifications
  • Proven work experience in a similar role, such as Business Development Representative or Sales Account Executive
  • Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software, such as HubSpot
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
