Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to manage customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage the customer portal and prospect pipeline to drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through various channels to generate interest and develop new sales opportunities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support, facilitating the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead qualification, or customer success
  • Strong curiosity to understand customer needs and translate them into sales opportunities
  • Proven ability to build authentic relationships with prospects and customers
  • Experience managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
