Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to help build and scale their top-of-funnel motion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and follow up on inbound leads from campaigns and events
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing Ops to support lead flow and data hygiene
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or prospecting-focused role
  • Experience in initiating conversations and qualifying leads
  • Strong judgment in prioritizing accounts and messages
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and operate in ambiguity
