Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and follow up on inbound leads from campaigns and events
- Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing Ops to support lead flow and data hygiene
- Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or prospecting-focused role
- Experience in initiating conversations and qualifying leads
- Strong judgment in prioritizing accounts and messages
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities and operate in ambiguity
